Ricomex will work in full compliance with the Privacy to Information Laws in Hong Kong and maintain the confidential information that customers provide us in a secure location. Customers shall not disclose any business transaction or pricing information between Ricomex and herself in any form to any third party other than Ricomex unless with the written and appropriately signed consent from Ricomex. Customers accept that all disputes with Ricomex Enterprises Ltd. ("Ricomex") will be settled in the jurisdiction of Hong Kong.
